In some cases, tracking information may not update immediately after you receive your shipping confirmation email. This is most common when the shipping label has been created but the carrier has not yet completed the initial package scan.
Depending on the carrier, it may take up to 24–48 business hours for tracking activity to begin appearing online.
Common reasons for delayed tracking updates may include:
- The package is awaiting the carrier’s first scan
- Carrier processing delays
- Weekend or holiday shipping delays
- Weather or high shipping volume impacts
